Preparation Roll the cold-water dough into wrappers and fill with minced pork. Fold into a crescent shape, leaving both ends slightly open. Heat a frying pan, grease with oil, and put in the dumplings in a neat row. Pan-fry until lightly browned, add a little water, and cover until the liquid is absorbed. Finish with a drizzle of oil and fry until crisp and golden.
